Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Hallas Design decoration piece. However, if you are not fully satisfied, you have the right to return your purchase under the following conditions:

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (via email or contact form) within this period.

Conditions for Return

• The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
• Any damage, signs of use, or improper repackaging may result in a partial refund or refusal of the return.
• All returns are subject to inspection and approval upon arrival.

Return Process

• The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.
• We recommend using a tracked and insured courier, as the sender bears responsibility for the safe return of the item.
• Please contact us in advance to receive the proper return address and instructions.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and approved, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Restocking Fee (if applicable)
In certain cases, a restocking or administrative fee may be deducted from the refund to cover handling and processing costs. This will always be clearly communicated in advance.
